Q: What are the standard check in and check out times of the hotel?
A: The standard check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check out is at 12:00 a.m. Should you request in advance for early check-in/late check out, we shall make every effort to entertain you, subjected to space availability.
Q: Is it possible to check-in earlier?
A: It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room from the night (paid) before.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
A: It is possible to have a late check out; charging is, however, required in some certain circumstances, as following detail:
Late check out before 2.00 p.m. is free of charge upon availability; Late check out until 6.00 p.m., an additional room night shall be charged at the half price of room rate, upon availability; Late check out after 6:00 p.m., an additional room night shall be charged at the regular room rate
Q: Where is breakfast served and at what times?
A: Breakfast buffet is served in the Sila Petra Restaurant on the 1st floor from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Q: Do the rooms have private balcony?
A: Every room has private balcony.
Q: Can I access to the internet in guestrooms?
A: Wi-fi is available throughout the resort, including the rooms.
Q: How many people can stay in one room?
A: Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three people. Please note that the third bed shall be a rollaway bed.
Q: Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?
A: We do have twin rooms. For triple rooms, an extra bed must be added. However, no quadruple rooms are available.
Q: Can we book sightseeing tours directly at the hotel?
A: Yes, you can. The tour desk located at the lobby area. Excursions are available to all the main tourist attractions.
Q. Why do I have to pay for the Key Deposit?
A. To guarantee any losing of key card at 2,000 baht/room/stay. Hotel shall return key deposit to guests on the departure date.
