A: The standard check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check out is at 12:00 at noon.

A: It is sometimes possible to check in earlier, however, this depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

A: It is possible to have a late check out; charging is, however, required in some certain circumstances, as following detail:
Late check out before 2.00 p.m. is free of charge upon availability; Late check out until 6.00 p.m., an additional room night shall be charged at the half price of room rate, upon availability; Late check out after 6:00 p.m., an additional room night shall be charged at the regular room rate.

A: Wi-fi is available throughout the resort, including the rooms.
Q: How many people can stay in one room?
A: Each guest room can accommodate a maximum of three or four people. 3rd and 4th person must be incurred additional charges.
Q: Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?
A: We do have twin rooms. The 3rd person who needs extra bed and is put into triple bedroom can not ask for any rollaway bed inside because the bed has been already attached in the room. Such attached bed is granted to be extra bed automatically. For the 4th person, you can buy rollaway bed. However, the resort reserved the right to put our guests to any bed type due to limited rooms.
Q: Do you provide Massage service:
A: Yes, we do. Please contact and book at least 1 hour in advance.
Q: Can we book sightseeing tours directly at the hotel?
A: Yes, you can. The tour desk located at the lobby area. Excursions are available to all the main tourist attractions. Please book at least 1 day in advance.
Q: Do you have enough sunloungers for every guest?
A: It's enough during green season but will be insufficient some days during high or peak season. However, you can contact our staff and they will find more sun loungers for you.
Q: Mosquittos are all around?
A: We normally do fumigation process to get rid of mosquitos and some other insects twice a month but not a wholly 100% effective since our landscape are in tropical rainforest. Plug in repellant. can be offered as per requested.
